Technical Expertise GenChemUSA uses only Qualified Wastewater Treatment Technicians many of which are further disciplined in a specific area in order to provide expertise beyond the chemical program. Our team is led by recognized leaders in the field of laundry wastewater treatment. Our Wastewater team evaluates not only the chemistry; but the equipment, the processes, and the operations. We have the expertise to work with any DAF, IAF, or Settler. The ability to see the total picture is how we keep our clients compliant, happy and their costs in-line. Service Visits GenChemUSA provides meaningful and timely service visits that focus on compliance and costs, that include the chemical program, the condition of the equipment, staffing concerns, on-site follow-up training and unbiased reporting of the wastewater facility operation. Training Training is vital; GenChemUSA will provide the training to know which button to press to start-up a transfer pump, to a General Manager’s response of an on spot inspection of the facility record to how to handle a sampling from the local municipality. On-site training is done through the Service Representative or our Formal Trainer, to the Standard Operating Procedures that are developed for each plant. Formal training programs have been developed for all levels, to improve and enhance the environmental management of the facility and Group.
