The typical plant sees a significant reduction in the cost of chemistry through the elimination of “extra” chemicals such as: Bentonite Clay, Ferrous Sulfate, Perlite, PAC, Secondary ACH, or D.E. (many of these chemicals are HAZARDOUS and or known CARCINOGENS). Many plants can eliminate the use of Acid as a pH adjuster. PH adjustment is not needed for this chemical program to work. A typical plant sees an average 50% reduction in sludge generated, which means: Savings are estimated at an average of over $10,000.00 per plant as compared to previous traditional wastewater programs.
